Messaging consent
Last updated July 31, 2026
This page describes the SMS text messaging program operated by Pipeline through trypipeline.app and pages powered by Pipeline. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages as described below.
Program description
With your consent, we send text messages related to appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, follow-up on inquiries you submitted, and account or service notifications. We do not send messages you have not agreed to receive.
How consent is collected
You opt in by submitting a form on our website or on a page powered by Pipeline that includes a clear messaging-consent disclosure, or by otherwise providing your phone number and expressly agreeing to receive texts. We record the time, source, and scope of your consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Program terms
- Message frequency varies based on bookings, inquiries, and account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@trypipeline.app.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf (such as our SMS delivery provider) solely to enable delivery of the messages you have consented to receive. Phone numbers and message metadata are handled under our Privacy Policy.
Business customers using Pipeline
If you use Pipeline to message your own leads or customers, you are the sender of those messages. You are responsible for collecting and recording required consent, presenting compliant opt-in language, honoring opt-outs, and complying with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier rules (or local equivalents). Pipeline enforces product-level consent gates; those gates do not replace your legal obligations. See our Terms of Service for details.
