Terms of Service
Last updated July 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pipeline platform and the website trypipeline.app (together, the "Service"), operated by Pipeline ("Pipeline", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Pipeline helps businesses run customer-acquisition workflows: ads, lead capture, lead response, qualification, appointment booking, CRM handoff, messaging, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features as we improve the product. Some capabilities depend on third-party platforms you connect (such as Meta, calendar providers, CRM systems, and SMS carriers), and their availability is outside our control.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for business use by people who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or risk to other customers or the Service.
3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and messaging rules in your markets (for example the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA guidelines in the United States).
- Only connect accounts, upload content, and process data that you have the right to use.
- Obtain and record all legally required consent before sending SMS or other regulated messages to leads or customers, honor opt-out requests promptly, and maintain records of consent.
- Do not use the Service to send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful content, or content promoting prohibited categories under applicable carrier and platform policies.
- Do not misuse the Service — including scraping, reverse engineering, reselling without authorization, interfering with other tenants, or attempting to bypass security or usage limits.
You are responsible for the content of messages, funnels, and ads you create or send through the Service, and for your compliance with the policies of any third-party platform you use with Pipeline.
4. SMS and messaging terms
Parts of the Service send SMS text messages, such as appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and lead follow-up, to recipients who have opted in.
- Message frequency varies based on bookings and account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Full program details are on our Messaging Consent page. If you use Pipeline to message your own leads or customers, you are the sender of those messages and solely responsible for obtaining consent and complying with applicable messaging laws; Pipeline's product-level consent gates do not replace your legal obligations.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed as agreed on your order, in-product checkout, or onboarding agreement. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next billing period. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Ad spend and usage charges on third-party platforms (such as Meta or SMS carriers) are charged by those platforms to accounts you control unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend the Service for overdue amounts after reasonable notice.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you and your team submit to the Service, including leads, contacts, and content ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data as needed to provide the Service. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data and for providing any required notices to and obtaining any required consents from the individuals it concerns.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Pipeline and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service interoperates with third-party products and platforms. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or outages. Connecting a third-party service authorizes us to exchange data with it on your behalf as needed to provide the integration.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee specific lead volume, conversion rates, close rates, calendar fill, or advertising results, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Third-party outages and platform policy changes can affect results.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnification obligations, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Pipeline against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your messages and advertising content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law (including messaging and telemarketing laws), and you will pay damages finally awarded and reasonable attorneys' fees for such claims.
12. Term and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to any notice period in your order or agreement. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in the ordinary course. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pipeline maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other. Courts located in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved informally, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Each party waives any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with your order and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pipeline regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
